He is a consultant of ear, nose and throat surgery at Helwan University
He holds a doctorate in the specialty of endoscopy, ear, nose and throat surgeries, and neck and skullbase surgeries from the Faculty of Medicine - Cairo University (Kasr Al-Aini)
He had obtained a master's degree in the same specialty from the Faculty of Medicine - Ain Shams University. Dr. El-Naggar also holds a bachelor’s degree from Cairo University
Dr. El-Naggar worked as an ear, nose and throat surgeon at Badr University Hospital - Faculty of Medicine - Helwan University until 2018.

He worked in many hospitals and specialized centers, including, for example:

Dr. El-Naggar participated in many conferences inside and outside Egypt, including the 10th Conference on Ear, Nose, Throat and Head and Neck Surgery in Dubai in 2020. As well as the International Congress of Ear, Nose, Throat, Audiology and Speech Societies IFOS Dubai 2023, which is held every 4 years in a different country.
Dr. El-Naggar participates in the preparation of many conferences, including previously the conference of ENT department, Cairo University and the Egyptian Ear, Nose, and Throat Society. He also chairs the organizing committee for the ENT Clinic conference.
Dr. Yahya El-Naggar performs the following:
Diagnosing all diseases and performing surgical operations (if necessary) related to the nose, ear, throat, head and neck. like :
-Tonsillectomy surgery.
-Endoscopic adenoidectomy.
- nasal and sinunasal endoscopy, such as Septoplasty (straightening the nasal septum), Inferior turbinectomy (resection and cauterization of the nasal turbinates, and sinus endoscopy (FESS).
- Myringoplasty (closure of ear drum perforation) and treatment of chronic ear infections.
- Diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss, tinnitus and vertigo.
-Diagnosis and treatment of voice and vocal cord problems.
-Neck and thyroid surgeries.
And other diseases, operations and endoscopy.
Dr. El-Naggar’s clinic is equipped with the latest endoscopes for speed and accuracy of detection and diagnosis, as well as with the necessary cameras to see the examination result on a screen for the doctor and patient at the same time and explain the nature of the disease to the patient and the appropriate treatment method for him.
